So What's Our Deal?

Assuming everyone has an awesomeness meter, our goal is to overload yours. Based in Champaign, IL, Instant Classic Tees prides itself on producing high quality, vintage inspired tees that you won't find anywhere else. We're confident that the minute you put our tees on, they'll become your new favorites. (Some might call them "Instant Classics.")

We love the soft vintagey goodness of a great tee and we want to share the love with you. We went on a 34 day excursion through deserts, jungles, unchartered territories, and plenty of toll booths to acquire the perfect tees. When our journey was over we walked away with a variety of silky smooth garbs made from 100% fine jersey cotton, 50/50 poly/cotton blends, and the mother of comfort, the acclaimed tri-blend (poly/cotton/rayon). The best part? All of our shirts are made right here in the U.S.A.

All this we talk is making me dizzy, but doesn't "we" sound better than "I" when describing a company?

Instant Classic is me, Scott. My awesome wife and our two super radical cats provide me with advice, critiques, and encouragement but the day to day business activities are handled by yours truly. I'm employed full-time as a marketing coordinator/graphic designer at the University of Illinois where I'm also a full-time student, working on my Ph.D. in sports marketing. In my "spare" time I work on Instant Classic and try to get my shirts into your hands.

I love most things vintage, retro, worn, and distressed because they have a story to tell. They been places, seen things, met people, and been part of someone's memories. IC tries to emulate that vintage aesthetic and provide you with tees that will help all of you other retro junkies get your fix.

I'm just a dude who loves t-shirts. I love looking at them, reading about them, wearing them, and now, designing them. I hope you'll love wearing my tees as much as I do.
